Save the Date! We will be having two self-study events during the normal fellowship hour on February 8th and March 8th. Please plan to stay for fellowship on these two dates. More information coming soon on what we will be doing together, but plan to meet in Fellowship Hall right after the worship service.  —Pastor Andrea Chaumont

Sunday
Children’s Worship

Kids three and older are welcome to join for these sessions following the children's message with kids re-joining their families toward the end of the sermon. (Reminder: We will have nursery coverage for kids 2 and younger for the duration of the worship service each week as well.) We will rotate topics of Song, Service, Self-Expression, and Story each week. Please reach out to Kat Smaga or Joan Stob with any questions (or if you want to get involved!).

Whistle
Party

In these divisive times, many of us feel the urge to DO something about the situation our country is in.  One thing we can do to prepare for the possibility of ICE coming to our area in large numbers is to assemble and distribute whistle packets at a whistle party after coffee hour.  We will assemble whistle packets—each bag will have a whistle, an instruction "zine", and a know-your-rights card.  Anyone from the church who wants to help is welcome to join us. Stay tuned for more information.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, when in-person worship was suspended, Pastor Seese created an online series of Scripture readings, prayers, music, and sermons. These are now archived on Youtube.

Pre-recorded sermons from March 15, 2020, through August 8, 2021, with a Scripture reading, prayer, and music, can be found at the Youtube channel “MBPPC Backyard Preacher”.

Peace be with you.
