Join us each Sunday at 10:30 AM for worship centered in Scripture, prayer, music, preaching, and Christian community.

Whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll see everything from casual attire to traditional Sunday dress.

Arriving about 10–15 minutes before worship will give you time to find your way in, choose a seat, and settle in before the service begins.

Worship that is thoughtful, welcoming, and rooted in faith.

Worship at Mt. Baker Park Presbyterian Church reflects both our Presbyterian tradition and the life of our congregation. A typical service includes prayer, Scripture, music, preaching, and opportunities for reflection and response.

At different times throughout the year, worship may also include special music, seasonal services, guest musicians, community celebrations, and services shaped by traditions such as gospel, jazz, and blues.

You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. If something is unfamiliar, simply follow along, observe, or ask someone nearby.

Finding your way into a new church shouldn’t feel complicated.

When you arrive, come in and make yourself comfortable. Our greeters and members are happy to help with directions, seating, restrooms, or anything else you may need.

You are free to sit wherever you like.

And no, you do not have to know all the words, understand every tradition, or have everything figured out before you come.

Little voices and little feet are welcome too.

Children and families are welcome at Mt. Baker Park Presbyterian Church.

We believe children are part of the worshiping community, and families should feel comfortable participating together.

Children’s Worship Experiences:Kids three and older are welcome to participate in Children’s Worship following the pastor’s children's message. Little worshippers re-join their families toward the end
of the sermon.

Our nursery is available for the entirety of the service for children 2 years old and younger.

All staff and volunteers that come in contact with children have been trained on safe practices and have passed background checks.

We are committed to making worship and church activities accessible and welcoming.

There is an ADA ramp located on the Hanford St. side.

If you have mobility, hearing, seating, or other accessibility needs, please let us know. We will be glad to help you identify the best entrance, seating location, or available accommodations.

A Few Questions You May Be Wondering About

Do I have to be Presbyterian?

Not at all. People from many backgrounds worship with us, and you do not need to be a member of the Presbyterian Church to attend.

Where should I sit?

Anywhere you like.

Will I be expected to give money?

Giving is an opportunity for those who choose to support the ministry of the church. Visitors should never feel pressured to contribute.

What if I haven’t been to church in a long time?

Then this may be a wonderful Sunday to begin again.

You do not need to know the order of worship, the hymns, the prayers, or the “right” way to do anything. Come in, find a seat, and simply be present.

What if I’m still figuring out what I believe?

You are welcome too.
